TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract includes the construction of social facilities within the perimeter of the current wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) at Neuville-sur-Saône for the operations team and the process team, involving the modification and extension of the existing building to create offices, the reconfiguration of the supervision room and the distribution spaces, and the expansion of the changing rooms and the dining area, as well as the creation of workshop and storage premises on the ground floor (RDC), a mixed planted (vegetated) roof, and outdoor storage with shade structures and photovoltaic panels. This contract is part of the restructuring operation for the WWTP at Fontaines-sur-Saône and its connection to the Pierre-Bénite catchment area. This operation comprises 6 lots. This consultation relates only to Lot 3. Lots 1 and 2 have been awarded and are currently under execution. Lots 5 and 6 will be launched at a later stage, with the works carried out after receipt of Lots 1 and 2.
