TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the subject matter of the contract for Part No. 1 includes, in particular: - construction of a road for pedestrians and cyclists with a length of approx. 968.5 m and a width of 3.0 m, - construction and reconstruction of sections of roads for pedestrians with a total length of approx. 80.5 m, - construction and reconstruction of driveways/accesses to properties and public utility buildings, - execution of shoulders, safety margins and a buffer strip, - execution of a drainage system in the form of drainage ditches equipped with French drainage together with the necessary drainage elements, - extension of the existing culvert and works related to the regulation of underground infrastructure devices, - reconstruction and construction of road lighting, including the construction of new lighting poles, Nn 0.4 kV cable lines, lighting control cabinets, and dismantling of existing lighting that conflicts with the investment, - reconstruction of conflicting elements of the utilities network within the area to be developed, including relocation of fire hydrants, - execution of earthworks, demolition and cleaning works, - felling of trees and shrubs that conflict with the…
