TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of an Investment entitled “Extension, modernisation and equipping of the County Mental Health Centre in SPZOZ in Parczew” under the “design and build” formula. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) designing works, including obtaining all arrangements, conditions and decisions necessary to carry out the Investment in accordance with applicable regulations; 2) performing construction works and supplies, based on the prepared design documentation; 3) obtaining and handing over to the Contracting Authority all arrangements, conditions and decisions necessary to put the Investment into use in accordance with applicable regulations. 1.
