TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the Virta rescue and emergency care station as a lease procurement on a plot designated by the City of Virta. The lessor will build the leased premises such that the lessor is responsible, at its own expense, for the planning, construction and maintenance of the leased premises. The lessor receives compensation for the costs in the form of the rent agreed in the lease agreements. The provider selected for the project is the party undertaking the construction project, an investor, the developer, the main contractor and the lessor, as well as the holder of the property and the owner of the building. The Pirkanmaa Welfare Area will act as the tenant and user for at least 20 years.
