Expansion of the Hospital through the modernization of the building of the Day Care Unit for Rehabilitation Patients on the premises of O-RSK named after W. Dega, UM named after K. Marcinkowski in Poznań – “2” 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of comprehensive construction works together with the supply of materials and equipment, the result of which will be the implementation of the investment project entitled “Expansion of the Hospital through the modernization of the Day Care Unit building for Rehabilitation Patients on the premises of O-RSK named after W. Dega, UM named after K. Marcinkowski in Poznań”, along with the necessary technical infrastructure and equipment specified in the Design Documentation and the annexes to the SWZ, carrying out the required tests, examinations, acceptances, certifications and trainings, and obtaining the required partial and final decisions on permission for use, in accordance with the Contractual Provisions Designed and the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. 2.
