TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Verbandsgemeinde Altenahr intends to renovate the Realschule-Plus in Altenahr, which was flooded during the flood disaster in July 2021. The construction project is located in Altenahr in the district of Altenburg. The existing buildings are constructed using solid masonry. The building has three storeys, partly with one storey. Below the ground floor there is a heating centre as well as an extensive crawl space with low room height. The roof surfaces consist of hipped roofs, gable roofs, mansard roofs (pult roofs) and flat roofs. The roof surfaces will be demolished and renewed in part. The external walls are clad with an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS), which has already been dismantled up to a height of approx. 4.50 m above ground level and will be completely renewed. The external window and external door systems, the drainage of all roof surfaces, as well as interior fit-out and building services engineering (M&E) will also be completely renewed.
