TENDER DESCRIPTION

Turku City procurement services requests tenders for the rental of indoor air purifiers for use by various service entities of Turku City during the period 1.1.2027 (target) - 31.12.2028, after which the contract may be extended on the original terms by one (1) + one (1) year for the periods 1.1.2029 - 31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030 - 31.12.2030 (Options). The options concern the contracting authority’s right, not obligation. The procurement will result in a framework agreement with one (1) Supplier, for whom two (2) substitute suppliers are selected. The substitute suppliers will be used in order of cost-effectiveness, as a starting point, in situations where the operation of the primary Supplier is contrary to the agreement or is unable to provide the service, for example due to the Supplier’s delivery capability, lack of resources, or similar circumstances. The subject of the procurement is hireable indoor air purifiers for public premises. Indoor air purifiers are rented mainly for schools, day-care centres and office premises.
