TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the comprehensive design and construction of a new-build Sport Hall Šternberk using the Design & Build method. The performance shall in particular include the preparation of the follow-up stages of the project documentation, carrying out the necessary surveys, and the subsequent construction of the sport hall building, including the athletics tunnel, related external areas, transport and technical infrastructure, technological and sports equipment, and other related works and deliveries necessary for the proper completion and use of the building.
