part 1: Sale and delivery of sensory room equipment for the branches of the Municipal Nurseries in Gliwice - Branch at ul. Żeromskiego 26a The subject of the contract includes: - Purchase and delivery, i.e. transport, unloading, bringing in newly manufactured equipment to the premises at ul. Żeromskiego 26a in Gliwice - A detailed list of the assortment, required technical and quality parameters, as well as quantities are specified in the Price Form The Contractor is obliged to sell and deliver to the Ordering Party products meeting the following requirements: All wooden products and wood-based products must meet requirements regarding flame retardancy and hygienic safety. The offered products: 1. must have a certificate of conformity or a test report in the scope of flame retardancy, issued by an accredited testing unit (or an equivalent document), 2. must meet strict formaldehyde emission limits for particleboard and MDF (required hygiene class E1 or compliance with the current standards and EU limits/restrictions on emissions of gases from wood-based materials), 3. must be manufactured and assembled carefully, ensuring an exact fit of structural elements, without installation…
