Sale, including delivery and installation of fitted furniture for the purposes of the Bilingual University High School A detailed description and the method of performance of the contract are provided in the description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ: a) The proposed assortment/ products/equipment must be new, unused, free from defects, and their technical and functional parameters must not be lower than those presented in the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ. b) The proposed software must be free from defects, and its technical and functional parameters must not be lower than those presented in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ. c) The Contracting Authority allows the submission of equivalent tenders.
