TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Town of Owen is constructing an extension building (new build) to the existing Town Hall, including conversion of the existing building and of the Town Hall forecourt (rathausplatz) on the plots with plot numbers 86/2 + 87/1 + 114. The existing building is classified in building class 3 and the new build in building class 4 pursuant to Section 2(4) of the LBO. Both parts of the building are assessed uniformly as special buildings pursuant to Section 38(2). The subject of this call for tenders is the trade: wooden doors.
