The construction project involves the new build of a commercial and tradesmen’s yard for Hamburger Gesellschaft für Gewerbeförderung mbH on a plot of land with an area of approx. 2,468 m². The plot of land with the property/land parcel number 5.971 is located in the Barmbek cadastral district (Gemarkung Barmbek) on Krausestraße, house number 116 a/b, east of the S-Bahn line. The design provides for a building with four full storeys for trades and commercial uses, as well as a basement storey for storage and technical areas.
