TENDER DESCRIPTION
VmWare subscription for 12 months The subject of the contract is to ensure, by the Contractor for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, that the software manufacturer provides a service consisting in ensuring the continuation of technical support for Vmware virtualisation systems for a period of 12 months. A detailed description of the support service is provided in Annex No 1 to the draft contract. By activation of technical support is meant the software manufacturer’s confirmation that the Contracting Authority has been covered by the support service in the manufacturer’s system, in particular by granting an active subscription visible in the manufacturer’s portal.
