1. The subject matter of the contract under Part I is:* 1.1. Preparation by the Contractor of the Technical Project, together with assignment of the copyrights (economic rights) to the Technical Project and related rights, as well as the right of ownership of the medium on which the technical project has been recorded; 1.2.
