TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract consists of successive (delivered in batches depending on needs) deliveries of chemical reagents. The expected assortment and quantities of the reagents are specified in Annex No 2 to the SWZ – Detailed description of the subject of the contract/Assortment-and-price form, subject to the provisions of point 5 below. 2) The offered reagents must be brand new and come from ongoing production (i.e., produced no earlier than 12 months before the date of receipt of the subject of the contract) and must have a shelf life of not less than 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance report, with the exception of those chemical reagents for which the manufacturer has specified a shorter validity period. The reagents should be free from physical and legal defects and must have all relevant certificates and documents confirming that the supplied product is approved for placing on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland. 3) The scope of the contract includes: delivery of the reagents, their transport, unloading and bringing them to the place of destination. 4) The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No 2 to the…
