TENDER DESCRIPTION

SWM Infrastruktur GmbH & Co. KG plans to remedy insufficient clearances on the existing 110-kV overhead line between the Uppenborn I substation and the Unterföhring substation. The affected mast sites are distributed along the approximately 50 km-long route. The measure serves to ensure safe and high-performance grid operation in the long term, as critical operating situations may arise in individual line sections as a result of temperature-related conductor sag/clearance. The voltage level, the transmission capacity and the conductor cables remain unchanged. The aim of the measure is to restore the required electrical safety clearances by adapting the mast structures. For this measure, services for the specialist assessment in environmental matters of these 16 sites are to be awarded. For this purpose, mast-specific assessments of the intensity of impacts are to be carried out, including an integrated species protection contribution and a landscape maintenance document.
