TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of specialist care services – provision of rehabilitation services by a physiotherapist at the beneficiaries’ place of residence in the area of Gmina Barcin in 2027. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of specialist care services – the provision of rehabilitation services by a physiotherapist at the beneficiaries’ place of residence in the area of Gmina Barcin in 2027 by a social economy entity referred to in Article 2(5) of the Act of 5 August 2022 on social economy (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 806, as amended). The services will be carried out in full by a PES (social economy entity) or by PS (social enterprise). If the performance of the service is commissioned in part, the Subcontractor must meet all requirements applicable to the Contractor, while also being a social economy entity or a social enterprise, in accordance with the above-mentioned Act. 2. The above-mentioned services are listed in Annex XIV to Directive 2014/24/EU and Annex XVII to Directive 2014/25/EU. 3.
