TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is comprehensive provision of 24/7 security services for persons and property, as well as electronic protection using alarm systems for fire, burglary and assault detection, at the premises and on the grounds of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) Branch in Lublin and at subordinate field units. The scope of the contract includes: - direct physical protection of the premises of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) Branch in Lublin, including employees and third parties present on the premises, - supervision of the premises using monitoring of electronic devices and alarm systems, - taking actions by intervention groups, - closing and opening specified premises and handing over keys to the premises for safekeeping. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is set out in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. The contracting authority stipulates the requirement that the contractor must personally perform the parts of the contract involving permanent physical protection of the premises and grounds, with the exception of monitoring of alarm systems and the intervention group.
