1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance service and servicing and repairs of ventilation and air-conditioning equipment, hereinafter referred to as “the service”, in the Faculty of Biology building of the University of Gdańsk, ul. Wita Stwosza 59, 80-308 Gdańsk, and in the Biological Station building of the University of Gdańsk, ul. Ornitologów 26, 80-860 Gdańsk-Sobieszewo. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 50700000-2 (services for the repair and maintenance of building installations); 50710000-5 (services for the repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical building installations); 71315410-6 (ventilation system inspection). 3. The scope of services includes in particular: 1) maintenance, servicing and repairs of ventilation and air-conditioning equipment (equipment, systems, installations), such as: a) air handling units, laboratory, domestic and warehouse fans, b) fume hoods – both in terms of room ventilation and in terms of the laboratory furniture, together with all installations, valves and other equipment components of the fume hood, c) ventilated cabinets, d) Daikin chilled water unit, with the entire chilled water…
