TENDER DESCRIPTION

Catering tasks and operation of the associated cooking kitchen and serving kitchens linked to this service, including collection of food waste and proper transport, under a mixed contract combining rental elements with a services contract. The service is implemented by involving the operation of the contracting authority’s cooking kitchen (Őszi Napsugár Otthon cooking kitchen: 3526 Miskolc, Szentpéteri kapu 101.) as part of the performance under a lease agreement. (The detailed terms and conditions of the lease of the cooking kitchen are included in the contract draft.) Acceptance of the meals in terms of quantity and quality in the contracting authority’s serving kitchens at the institutions is carried out by sensory examination. Handover and acceptance of the meals are performed with a meal accompaniment delivery note indicating compliance of quantity and quality.
