TENDER DESCRIPTION

NSR is seeking a supplier that wants to be a long-term cooperation partner in day-to-day operations. The assignment includes gardening work, maintenance of outdoor environments, cleaning, snow removal and simpler handyman duties at NSR’s facilities. The work is carried out in close connection with day-to-day operations and involves many smaller but important tasks which, together, contribute to our facilities being experienced as well maintained, safe, pleasant and welcoming. The assignment is based on continuity, presence and professional performance over time. We would like the same people to return for the assignment and get to know our facilities, working methods and employees. For NSR, it is important that the supplier takes responsibility for the whole and identifies things that need to be done, even when it is not explicitly stated in a job description. In order to succeed with the assignment, NSR assesses that personal commitment, taking responsibility, a service-minded attitude and professional pride are at least as important as access to machinery and equipment.
