TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) For the renovation of the patient rooms and bed wards on the 1st to 3rd floors of the Artemed Klinik München, drywall works including curtain rails are being procured. The services particularly include the following services: 2,500 m² of partition walls and lining partitions; 3,200 m² of suspended ceilings; 220 m of multi-track, ceiling-mounted curtain rails. b) For the project, for the purpose of shortening the submission deadline pursuant to § 12 EU Para. 1 No. 2 VOB/A, a prior notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) under publication number 566614-2026 on 17 August 2026. The subject matter of this procurement procedure is the drywall works designated in the prior notice under Section 5.1. Lot: LOT-0004. c) The contracting authority intends, as part of the comprehensive renovation of the patient rooms and bed wards on the 1st to 3rd floors of the Artemed Klinik München Süd, to award several construction contracts for different trades.
