TENDER DESCRIPTION

Rehabilitation of the existing heating supply system for a residential complex with a total of 338 apartments, divided into 25 stairwells. As part of the measure, the existing single-pipe heating system will be converted to a two-pipe system. The scope includes the planning, dismantling, installation, testing and commissioning services required for this, including the necessary adaptations and the new construction of pipe routing and heating distribution networks. The entire construction work will be carried out in occupied condition. The apartments and buildings remain in use, in principle, during the execution. All services therefore must be organised and performed apartment-by-apartment and with special consideration of the residents. In particular, this includes coordination of apartment entrances, protective measures within the apartments and common areas, as well as an agreed construction schedule and site logistics.
