TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the existing district heating supply system of a residential complex with a total of 338 dwellings, divided into 25 stairwells. As part of the measure, the existing single-pipe heating system is converted to a two-pipe system. The scope of work includes the planning, dismantling, installation, testing and commissioning services required for this, including the necessary modifications and the re-creation of pipe routing and heating distribution systems. The entire construction measure is carried out in occupied condition. The dwellings and buildings remain, in principle, in use during the execution. All services must therefore be organized and carried out on a dwelling-by-dwelling basis, with special consideration given to the residents. This includes in particular the coordination of access to the dwellings, protective measures within the dwellings and common areas, as well as coordinated construction scheduling and site logistics.
