TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the Vaihingen campus of the University of Stuttgart, the state of Baden-Württemberg, represented by the University Construction Office Stuttgart and Hohenheim, plans the III. expansion stage of the High Performance Computing Center (HLRS III). The building includes server, technical and office areas for research and teaching. The planned new build HLRS III is intended as a detached building with external dimensions of L = 77.75 m, B = 37.50 m and H = 12.50 m or 16.50 m including the technical superstructure, as a reinforced concrete and timber–concrete hybrid construction. GFA 12,700 m2. The contractor’s (the awarded party’s) scope of work includes all internal doors. A total of 195 units, of which approx. 80% are fire protection doors (e.g. T90 or T30). Quantities: Metal doors 144 units (99 units single-leaf + 45 units double-leaf). Bare frame doors 31 units (30 units single-leaf + 1 unit double-leaf). Timber doors (single-leaf) 20 units In addition, the award of maintenance services is the subject of the procedure.
