TENDER DESCRIPTION
The overall scope of the procurement procedure with services for maintenance and basic cleaning is divided into three sub-lots. The exact allocation per lot and the addresses of all properties are listed under point 4 - Special application and award conditions of the City of Bergisch Gladbach. The advertised service is described in detail in the schedules of services (must be adapted by the contractor to the respective objects), in the service description and in the calculation file for maintenance and basic cleaning. For the various rooms, the performance of cleaning work and the frequency of such cleaning work are specified in a corresponding schedule of services; in addition, it is further subdivided by areas and/or items. The service description also defines the cleaning procedures and cleaning methods with regard to full cleaning, visual cleaning, waste disposal and basic cleaning.
