TENDER DESCRIPTION

The overall scope of the procurement procedure with services for maintenance and basic cleaning is divided into three partial lots. The precise breakdown per lot and the addresses of all properties are listed under point 4 - Special application and award conditions of the City of Bergisch Gladbach. The services being tendered are described in detail in the schedules of services (must be adapted by the contracting authority to the respective sites), in the service description and in the calculation file for maintenance and basic cleaning. For the various rooms, the execution and the frequencies of cleaning work are specified in the corresponding schedule of services, and are further broken down by areas and/or items. The service description also defines the cleaning procedures and cleaning methods with regard to full cleaning, visual cleaning, waste disposal and basic cleaning.
