Editorial profile – Online communication The scope of activities includes ongoing and project-based support with preparing content for online use and publishing it on the portals of the State, as well as support with maintaining the social media channels. This profile includes the following tasks: •Prepare texts in an online-appropriate manner in accordance with the respective media user requirements. •Editorial maintenance of texts for our website and intranet appearances. •Support for the day-to-day maintenance of the State’s own social media channels (primarily Facebook, Instagram or X), expansion and development of social media strategies and community management. •Analysis, design and optimisation of navigation and information structures of the various portals. •Design and setup of new Internet offerings. •Pre-qualification and forwarding of error and disruption reports. •Quality assurance of style guides and guidelines for the portals and their functionalities from an editorial perspective. •Creation and updating of reference works and working aids for editorial teams. •Carrying out measures for search engine optimisation (SEO) and AI-assisted search system optimisation…
