Editorial Profile – Online Communication The scope of activities includes ongoing and project-based support in preparing content in a manner suitable for online use and uploading it to the State’s portals, as well as support in maintaining the social media channels. This profile includes the following tasks: •Preparing texts in a way that is suitable for the respective media users’ requirements. •Editorial maintenance of texts for our Internet and Intranet sites. •Support for the daily maintenance of state-owned social media channels (primarily Facebook, Instagram or X), expanding and developing social media strategies and community management. •Analysis, design and optimization of navigation and information structures of the various portals. •Design and setup of new Internet offerings. •Pre-qualification and forwarding of error and disruption reports. •Quality assurance of style guides and guidelines for the portals and their functionalities from an editorial perspective. •Creation and updating of reference works and work aids for editorial teams. •Carrying out measures for search engine optimization (SEO) and AI-assisted search system optimization (GEO). •Advising, designing…
