TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency is conducting a procurement of a framework agreement for the purchase of CBRN material. The acquisition forms part of the Agency’s assignment to build up the ability to manage the consequences of long-range combat. The material is intended to be used in crises, disasters, and a heightened state of readiness, as well as in other operations. The procurement is divided into two framework agreement areas: Framework agreement area A – Indicating papers for chemical warfare agents. Papers for rapid indication of liquid chemical warfare agents which, through a color reaction, should be able to distinguish between G-substances, V-substances and H-substances without electronic reading equipment. Framework agreement area B – pH papers. Indicator papers for rapid determination of pH in liquid samples by visual reading against a color scale. Framework agreements are signed separately for each respective framework agreement area, with one supplier per area.
