TENDER DESCRIPTION
Service for collection and further processing of plastic and metal packaging waste and plastic in accordance with the Bill of Quantities, the Technical Specification and other conditions of this Procurement Documentation. The service includes the collection of waste at the supplier’s location within a maximum of 20 km from the address of the Contracting Authority’s registered office, sorting of waste and further waste processing. The liability of the waste holder—Contracting Authority ceases at the moment the waste is taken over by the Supplier. The selected supplier is required to take over the waste in full regardless of the share of impurities and to handle it in accordance with all positive regulations.
