TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Welfare Area of Western Uusimaa (hereinafter also the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for the procurement of security and safety services. The subject of the procurement is the security and safety services of the entire Welfare Area of Western Uusimaa. The services to be procured are, for security and safety services, divided into administrative and support services, reporting, alarm center services, guarding and crowd control, remote monitoring services, security screening, and other necessary security services. One (1) Supplier and one (1) substitute supplier are selected for the procurement. The contract period is valid until further notice. The estimated value of the procurement is EUR 12,000,000. The service is produced primarily at the sites described in Appendix 1.5 “Guarding sites”. Appendix 1.5 is a confidential appendix and is subject to a confidentiality agreement.
