TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement comprises the following services: As part of the project “Sanierung Technikzentrale LZ10” (refurbishment of the technical control center LZ10), heating and cooling as well as water and wastewater installations are required in Terminal 1, Building Geb. 200 (outdoor area) and Building Geb. 202 (BC connecting corridor). In addition, installation of a temporary heating and cooling supply for the BC connecting corridor is required. The refurbishment is to be carried out while operations are ongoing. Small-scale work is expected, with different levels of labor intensity. The work will be carried out in the public area, operational area and security area of Fraport AG; the necessary access requirements are assumed to be met.
