TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes the performance of subsoil investigations in accordance with the subsoil investigation programme as a unit-price based contract. The unit prices according to the tender must include all labour costs, including personnel and equipment costs. Thus, the unit prices according to the tender include all work and costs related to the investigation work, including, for example, site supervision, measurement of the x, y, z coordinates of the investigation points, performing additional measurements, planning and implementation of temporary traffic arrangements during work (Class S2), cable and piping, and other equipment surveys. In addition, the unit prices include obtaining the permits required for the work, maintaining contact with the landowners of the work site, quality assurance measures, photographing and documenting trial pits, and printing and reporting the investigation data.
