TENDER DESCRIPTION

Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH (WiCM) is a company under the umbrella of TriWiCon and is responsible for operating the event venue RheinMain CongressCenter. The purpose of this tender procedure is to identify a company for the development, production, installation and removal of customer-specific advertising area branding for events primarily at the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC), but also at the Kurhaus with colonnades and Jagdschloss Platte as well as for marketing measures in the city area of Wiesbaden. This includes both planning services, including any necessary structural evidence, communication, documentation to the end customer, delivery, installation and removal of the advertising products brought in, invoicing, assistance with the preparation of product-specific catalogues, as well as related services. The contract to be awarded is a service contract. The exact scope of work and process requirements are specified within the framework of this description of services.
