Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH (WiCM) is a company under the umbrella of TriWiCon and is responsible for operating the event venue RheinMain CongressCenter. The subject of this tender procedure is the identification of a company for the development, production, installation and removal of customer-specific advertising area branding for events mainly at the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC) event venue, but also at the Kurhaus with colonnades and Jagdschloss Platte, as well as for marketing measures in the city area of Wiesbaden. This includes both planning services, including any necessary structural evidence, communication, documentation to the end customer, delivery, installation and removal of the advertising products provided, invoicing/account settlement, participation in the preparation of product-specific catalogues and related services. The contract to be awarded is a service contract. The exact scope of work and process requirements are specified as part of this description of services.
