TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the Federal Government’s housing initiative, the Federal Agency for Real Estate (Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben, BImA) plans to redevelop one of the former General Customs Directorates in Potsdam. The federal property previously used for administrative buildings was fully cleared as part of a total dismantling and prepared for follow-on urban development use. The aim is to achieve around 135 new rental apartments in total through high-quality redevelopment with a differentiated mix of apartments. These will be allocated, within the framework of housing care, to federal employees at affordable rents. The subject of this tender is the construction of three lift systems, split across 3 multi-family buildings, as an extracted measure for the tendered general contractor (GU). • Construction area B – multi-family building B1 • Construction area C – multi-family buildings C1a and C2 The contractor shall construct three fully operational lift systems that meet the requirements of DIN EN 81-20 and DIN EN 81-50.
