TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution under the “design and build” procedure of tasks entitled “Construction of a shelter warehouse for civil protection and national defense along with infrastructure ensuring the storage and distribution of material reserves” 1. The subject of the contract is the design, obtaining the required arrangements, opinions, decisions and permits, performing construction works, and handing over to use a complete warehouse for civil protection and national defense resources together with the necessary technical infrastructure, site development, equipment, and installations ensuring proper storage, assembly/collection and distribution of material reserves. The contract will be carried out in the “design and build” formula, and therefore the Contractor will be responsible for comprehensive preparation of design documentation, obtaining the required arrangements and decisions as required by law, carrying out all construction and installation works, supply and installation of equipment, conducting tests and inspections, preparing the as-built documentation, and preparing the facility for use. 2.
