TENDER DESCRIPTION

Communal housing is a notifiable social service referred to in section 11 of the Act on Private Social Services. The service provider is responsible for the communal housing service. Care services are provided as home care services and support services (contract-based subcontracting is also applicable) according to the service need assessment carried out by the contracting authority's Elderly Client Guidance. The service provider producing home care for communal housing must have the appropriate social and health care permits. The service subject to procurement is described in more detail in Appendix One (1) service description of the request to participate. The contracting authority's detailed objectives for the procurement are: 1. Promoting the client's freedom of choice 2. Developing the quality of service to meet customer needs 3. Supporting the multi-provider model 4. Enabling flexible market entry for new companies 5.
