TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the Purchase of electricity for Wrocław Airport S.A. for the years 2027-28. In order to perform the contract covered by this tender, the Contractor must have in place an appropriate agreement with the Distribution System Operator serving the Contracting Authority, guaranteeing performance of the task. The sale of electricity for PLW S.A. takes place through the distribution network owned by Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. The contract includes the supply of electricity to the Contracting Authority’s buildings/structures which are supplied from 19 basic and standby power connections and 1 planned connection. Among the power connections covered by the subject of the contract, there is one point with a connected PV installation below 50 kW. The amount of electricity which is the subject of sale during the term of the Agreement will depend on the actual electricity consumption by the Contracting Authority, subject to the guaranteed minimum volume.
