The subject matter of the contract is the Purchase and delivery of bulletproof vests, plate carrier type, in the quantity of 8,000 units, under the framework agreement. 1. The subject matter of the contract has been described in detail in Annex No 2 to the SWZ — description of the subject matter of the contract. 2. The subject matter of the contract has been specified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary — CPV code: 35815100-1 3. The purpose of carrying out this procedure is to select a maximum of three Contractors with whom a framework agreement will be concluded. The conditions for contract performance have been set out in the SWZ and its Annexes. 4. The Contracting Authority allows the award to be entrusted to the Contractor’s subcontractors.
