TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision, by the Contractor for the benefit of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture with its registered office in Warsaw (al. Jana Pawła II 70, 00-175 Warsaw), hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”, of the ATiK Services for the Software listed in Appendix No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter: ppu), constituting Appendix No. 7 to the terms of reference specification (hereinafter: SWZ), in accordance with the Manufacturer’s general rules and the ppu. 2. The Contracting Authority shall be entitled to use the ATiK Service under the Contract for a period of 36 months commencing from the date of signing the Protocol on Commencement of Provision of the ATiK Service referred to in § 4(2) of the ppu (however, no earlier than from 01 February 2027 – the day following the expiry of the support for the Software held by the Contracting Authority) until 31 January 2030. 3.
