The subject of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as “PC”) is the provision of a service for the international rail transport of military equipment, materiel and personnel for deployment, supply, sustainment and withdrawal of units of the Ministry of Defence in the territory of Europe at a distance of 2500 km from the place of loading, according to the contracting authority’s current needs. On the basis of this procurement procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded with one participant in the procurement procedure in accordance with the tendering conditions and the offer of the selected supplier.
