TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract to be awarded comprises architectural and specialist planning services in accordance with the Fees Schedule for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) for the extension building to be constructed in Würzburg. The contractual service initially includes the basic services and, in part, special services of the service phases (LP) 1 and 2 under HOAI for the following scope of services: - Object planning for buildings, interior spaces and external areas - Structural engineering design - Building physics - Fire protection. Optionally, the contractor may be commissioned, in full or in part, with the following special services: - Special services for object planning and interior spaces (LP 2) - Preparing a functional performance specification (FLB) on the basis of the results of LP 2 of the object planning - Participation in reviewing and evaluating the offers of the total contractors - Special services for structural engineering design for buildings - Special services for fire protection - Special services for site clearance.
