TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the above-mentioned special needs school with a focus on intellectual development, an extension building is required for capacity reasons. For this purpose, the existing school building is to be expanded to include the special needs focus on physical and motor development (KmE), additional classrooms, a cafeteria, and an administrative area. To implement the measure, an undeveloped area on the school grounds is available. The construction site area is located on a hillside and borders in the north on August-Vilmar-Straße. The measure must be carried out during ongoing school operations. This requires special measures in the site setup as well as its delivery/service access. For the extension building, a preliminary design/feasibility study is already available, with a spatial concept agreed with the users. The central location of the construction site with constrained space conditions requires detailed site logistics, which must not affect ongoing school operations.
