A59, BIM Management and Overall BIM Coordination The contract is awarded under a two-stage framework contract. The individual contract stages are assigned to the projects as follows: *Stage 1: Project A.07739.00 (Contract No. 45-26-5008), Section 3 *Stage 2: Project A.07707.10 (Contract No. 45-26-5009), Section 2 The commissioning of stage 2 is optional at the client’s discretion and subject to a separate written call-up decision. Project A.07739.00 (Section 3) is currently in the procurement procedure. The award is expected to be scheduled for the 1st quarter of 2027. The AIA currently available for Project A.07739.00 will for the time being also be used as the basis for the upcoming service phases of Project A.07707.10 starting from service phase 1. Once the tender for the stage 2 project has been issued, the AIA will be adapted to the project-specific requirements and the Contractor (AN) will be informed accordingly. Stage 1: The BIM methodology will be introduced for the first time at the start of this project.
