TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is project management services and legal support in the implementation of the project “Improvement of water and wastewater infrastructure of the Vodice–Tribunj–Srima agglomeration 2”. The services that are the subject of this Contract may be summarised into two basic groups of activities: 1. Legal support and advisory services for the Contracting Authority during the preparation and implementation of the Project, described in more detail in the project terms of reference. 2. Project management services described in more detail in the project terms of reference. The legal support and advisory services and project management services under the present Contract include consultancy and support services for the Contracting Authority in the implementation of the following Project activities: 1. Contract 1: Vodice–TRIBUNJ–SRIMA Agglomeration - upgrading of the sewerage and water supply network, a construction contract concluded in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract so-called FIDIC Red Book, first edition 1999, estimated procurement value of EUR 65,384,156.00 exclusive of VAT 2.
