TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Zweckverband Beilrode-Arzberg hereby intends to tender the emptying of sewage and the cleaning of sewers and pumping stations, including camera inspection with the emergency service, for a period of the coming 3 years and for the entire association area of the Zweckverband Beilrode-Arzberg. This is a regularly recurring tender. The details are set out in the service description attached to the tender documents. The tender is not carried out in lots. Even with particular regard to Section 97(4) of the GWB and the promotion of medium-sized enterprises contained therein, a division into partial lots, e.g. with regard to the association area, does not appear to be sensible in the present case. Last but not least, due to the size of the association area, compelling economic reasons exist which make a tender in a single overall lot mandatory.
