TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the general planner tender is the energy-efficient major refurbishment in accordance with heritage requirements (GI) and the further development of Building F at the Indira-Gandhi-Straße bus depot (BFI). The further development includes the modernisation of the existing workshop and the integration of equipment for the maintenance and repair of electric buses. In addition, it includes the reorganisation of the office, social, technical, workshop and storage areas within the bay/wing annexes, as well as the additional storey on the eastern wing to expand the social and technical areas. The planned measures are subject to approval.
