TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the project competition procurement: preparation of the technical design project for the construction of Alytus City Library (design proposals with a construction permit document, technical design project, project implementation supervision), applying Building Information Modeling (BIM) services. The tasks of the project competition related to urbanistic and architectural design aspects are as follows: to create modern, integral architectural and spatial planning solutions for the library building, meeting the needs of a contemporary library. The tasks of the project competition are described in the annex 'Technical Design Assignment' to the project competition conditions.
